For remote and or low-volume destinations, we establish routes via local hub centres and in some cases, employ more than one transport method to reach the final destination. This happens for example, if the aircraft utilised for the last or in some cases, first leg of the journey is not large enough to accommodate. In cases such as these, we will explain the routing and if you wish, work with you and your client to discuss the best way forward. The whole process is supported by online tracking, as well as industry professionals, along the route, committed to providing excellent service.

Cargo that is over 160 cm high, requires a freighter aircraft. This is another example of where a significant portion of the move can be by road, if the air infrastructure is not insufficient. When the load is particularly large, specialised or time-sensitive, we will be happy to discuss a part or full aircraft charter. A complex move of this nature will be discussed on a job by job basis.

Documents and very small consignments are suited to courier moves. As with general air freight, we will obtain the costs for you, review your commercial documents, make the booking, provide the schedule and provide the cargo labels, the latter being particular to courier services.
