There are three principal parties involved in cross trade shipments: a manufacturer, a broker and an end user, where you, our client, are the broker. The broker buys from the manufacturer and sells to the end user but the goods themselves, move from origin to destination, without having to move via the broker’s country. Two mirror sets of documents, (as well as other considerations which we will discuss with you) are set up, to ensure that the manufacturer and end user do not learn of each other’s identities.

Sustainability:
We have been almost paperless in our generation, unless absolutely necessary. Our facility is insulated to the highest standard and we are currently investigating installing a solar array, with battery back-up.
Investment:
Having started trading during the financial crisis of 2009, we are only too aware how difficult it can be to meet all obligations, until the business is more established. We likewise realise that opportunities can be missed if insufficient resources are available. This need not be the case. We invite you to speak to us about your venture and if you wish to have draft contracts reviewed, we will happily connect you with a law firm, specialising in this area of law. Once confirmed as legally sound and to negotiate a collaboration, with you which has the potential to allow you to take your business to that next level.
Development:
The logistics industry is complex with numerous pitfalls, here and abroad, which can cause the unsuspecting trader all kinds of problems. You need to be able to do business safely and efficiently, which is where we come in. Our experienced team, affiliates and associates invite you meet with us, to create a bespoke logistics solution with value added services, designed to free you up to concentrate on the areas, in which you specialise.
Legal Advice:
As a result of our membership of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), we have an affiliation with a law firm that is able to review, advise and draft contracts. We will take time to discuss your project with you and gain an understanding of your goals and the challenges standing between you and bringing the project to fruition. At that point, we will be able to provide an introduction to our affiliates, providing them with an overview of your project, and the kinds logistical challenges, that may arise. You will then be able to discuss the matter directly with a solicitor, specialising in commercial contracts.
We are committed to harnessing the power of cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of our operations and elevate the quality of our service offerings. Our dedication to staying at the forefront of innovation is evident in our adoption of advanced logistics software that optimizes every facet of our logistics chain. Real-time tracking and communication tools further empower us to provide our clients with unparalleled visibility and transparency throughout the shipping process. By embracing the latest technological advancements, we ensure that our operations are not only streamlined but also capable of adapting to the dynamic demands of the industry. This commitment reflects our proactive approach to delivering exceptional freight forwarding solutions and reinforces our position as a leader in the ever-evolving landscape of global logistics.
At FAEFA, environmental stewardship is a core value, and we are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact while championing sustainable practices across all facets of our operations. We have, since day one, used minimal paper and other consumables, opting for almost exclusively electronic communication, unless required to do so by industry regulations and legislation. In the last few months, we have invested in a new highly insulated facility and are currently exploring a variety of solar based solutions, with the intent of creating an environment that is, as far as possible, self-sufficient for power. In the wider world, we look to group domestic transport and other moves, to reduce the need for single journeys which reduces carbon usage and gives the client a financial advantage.
